1. Purpose of Service
Driver Safety Transportation offers non-emergency transportation services for people with reduced mobility, including wheelchair users. Our services are designed to facilitate safe, comfortable, and timely transfers within the cities of Orlando and Miami and nearby cities.
2. Use of the Website
The User agrees to use the site legally and responsibly. The following are prohibited:
- Using the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
- Interfering with its technical operation.
- Providing false information when booking a service.
- Acting as an intermediary between the company and the end user.
3. Reservations
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through our website, by phone, or by email.
- The User must provide complete details: pick-up location, destination, time, wheelchair type, and whether traveling with companions.
- The service allows a maximum of 3 companions per passenger. All companions must be of legal age or supervised.
- The service will be confirmed once payment for the service has been received.
4. Conduct During the Service
For the safety and respect of all occupants:
- The User and their companions must maintain appropriate behavior throughout the journey.
- Offensive language, verbal or physical violence, and drug or alcohol use will not be tolerated in the vehicle.
- We reserve the right to deny or interrupt the service in the event of inappropriate behavior, with no refund.
5. Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the service price.
- Changes to the time or address are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
6. Rates and Payments
- Rates are calculated based on distance, wait time, and other factors. Any additional charges will be communicated prior to service.

- Travel outside of Orlando/Miami may incur an additional fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Driver Safety Transportation is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or causes beyond our control.
